Having an honest and ethical approach to business practices since opening his own companies beginning in 1999 is a strong character trait of Paul J. Simino, founder and President of OneSimpleLoan.

Since the establishment of OneSimpleLoan, a national student loan finance and consulting firm, in 2003, Mr. Simino has been an active member of various community and industry organizations, including the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP).

A staunch advocate of financial literacy, Mr. Simino has been appointed to NCHELP's Debt Management committee, as well as serves on the Board of Governors for the Florida Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Education Foundation, chairing its Scholarship subcommittee.

At OneSimpleLoan, Mr. Simino Initiated a very rigorous student loan training program unmatched in the industry that enables onesimpleloan employees to provide student loan borrowers with accurate information about their rights and privileges available to them, contributing to the company's rapid growth and emergence as a dynamic player in the student loan industry. Given his expertise and insights regarding student loans, Mr. Simino has been a guest speaker at various industry conferences, including the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA), a prestigious industry group dedicated to the promotion of effective college financial aid.

In recognition of his business acumen and commitment to serving as an active, responsible corporate citizen, Mr. Simino has been bestowed 2007 Business of the Year honors by the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and nominated as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist within the state of Florida.
